StetsonMen's Weathered Cotton Ivy Cap

This is a nice, well made hat. Nicely styled and distinctive looking, it is a little on the small side, I think. It just barely fits me, and I usually find a "large" hat to be just a shade too large for me, but not this one. I really like this hat!

Fit is true to size and is just what I was looking for!

The hat looks great; it's got a nice weathered almost leather-like look to it that sort of reminds me of a bomber jacket. The bill is just a little bit longer than most flat caps, not quite baseball cap length but not short billed either.The only downside of the cap is that the depth of the crown is very shallow, so it sits loosely on your head rather than fitting to it. It might be possible to wear it a bit tighter by buying a size down if you're on a sizing cusp, but the fitting size itself is accurate and I feel like in my case I'd either get one that fits loosely or not at all. I have other Stetson hats of the same size that don't really have the same issue at all, so it seems to be something just with this particular style and cut of hat. I wear it, and I even like it...but not on windy days, and it just never quite feels right on the head because of the strange fit.

This is a well made hat. It’s comfortable and good quality.

I had a hat of this style years ago.It was a cheaply made Ivy hat but it fit my big ole head well. I took it off to cool off a bit and forgot all about it as I got up and left. I was at Bonnaroo music festival in TN. It had my sobriety date and info sharpied on the bill. Since then I haven't been able to find a hat of this style :( Today, a day after delivery date, I got it and fit my big ole head perfectly! It's like I found my old cheap hat with a Stetson upgrade lol I love it and xl fits great for a big noggin.

I like this hat. It is very well made and looks good. I usually wear a large size hat from most makers. I ordered a large size and the hat fits. It is just a little snug on my head which measures about 23.25 inches. I think this is one of my favorites that I have in this style now. I will probably wear it more as the weather gets a little cooler.

Greetings,My large head measures just shy of 24 inches, and the XL seems to be on the snug side but fits just fine. I think as I wear the cap it will give a little and become a perfect fit. I hope all of Stetson hats follow this sizing, as I plan on ordering more from Stetson.The material does seem to be over processed. One review had issues with the dye they used. I'm still breaking it in and will update review if I run into issues with bleeding, or irritation.So far the cap fits and looks great, only issue is with wear the placed the seams. I HATE that little cap on the top of more ball caps, this is why I liked this one, no little ball on the top of your head. Unfortunately the way they cut the material it comes toUPDATE...12/8/16Fit is much better as I were it. Still five stars, but wish they designed it better. Seam at top of hat comes to point and looks weird, plus the material that covers the brim is to short and the seem raises up. Still like it and wear it in the convertible all the time.

I have 3 cap of this style and all different brands. The Stetson is a quality product on a nice rich earthy brown (almost black). I love the sturdy but soft denim feel of the cap. The fit is a little larger than I expected however, I have learned that sizing in the 21st century is all over the place and there are few opportunities to try before you buy on some products.

Very nice hat that can be worn with the cap facing front or rear and still looks good either way. Quality material with some water beading ability right out of the box. Excellent product and value. Many compliments from friends. I will buy another.

It is such a lovely hat. It does run small though. I’ve bought many hats by Stetson and Medium always fits me perfectly but this hat is tighter. It is already stretching though and is nice and thin and should end up being a perfect fit. Very cool hat though!!
