The bottle instructions say take once a day with food and water but Amazons picture says 2 times a day. Which is it?

My bottle says two caps twice daily, so does that mean 4 total caps for the day. The bottle also says 2 caps is one serving... So if I take one serving then that’s 2 caps daily. Pretty confusing... can someone tell me exactly how many caps should I be taking daily?

so this formula has steroids?

This formula does not contain steroids. Enclosed is a link with the official ingredient list https://us.organicindia.com/products/herbal-supplements/liver-kidney/

What exactly is in these tablets? Frustrating when the description does not include the ingredients!

Many packages on Amazon are shown with a group of photos ( this being one ) that go completely around the item. You will find the ingredients there under Supplement Facts picture... They are off to the left of the front package picture and smaller, you can click on these other pictures to bring them up to the size of the original package picture and then roll over that image with your cursor to bring up an even more magnified look...
