I have tried so many gadgets that were supposed to hold my phone in the car and all I have to show for it is a chewed up dashboard and money spent. I decided on this one because of the great reviews and the low price. I am very happy. Out of the box my first thought was that its too light and too plastic to work but once assembled (very easy) and fitted firmly into the cup hold it is quite sturdy. The neck moves in any direction as does the swivel joint at the phone base so it will hold your phone at any angle you choose. The base adjusts well - I cannot imagine a cup holder it would not fit. The phone holder is the same way. The sides snap out, you set your phone into it and it ratchets closed to a perfect fit. I took it for a drive and it did not move. I then removed it and yes, very easy to remove. I cannot think of a drawback. If you need something to hold your phone in the car this is the one.

The Phone Mount adjusted well to the cup holder in my 2013 Honda Ridgeline; it holds the phone secure and in a position where I can glance at it. The phone stays in position (doesn't tilt over) when I touch my phone screen. I do not plan to move the Phone Mount from that vehicle, so now that it is set in place, I believe it will last for years. My reservation regarding the Phone Mount is that it has the "feel" of not being super sturdy, so repeated movements (moving from one vehicle to another) would wear it out. But if it is setup once and left alone, it is a good Phone Mount.

It fits well in my GMC Terrain cup holder. It holds my phone with it's flap over cover easily. You get used to it, but I wish it elevated just a little higher because you have to glance down a little to look at the display, and it's right at the height that the transmission shifter is at. I have used it several weeks and only a few times had to adjust the tension to make it steadier. Overall I like it better than a window mount suction that would randomly fall down. I really believe that it makes it safer when driving in unfamiliar areas.

We can move it from vehicle to vehicle at our house......I tried it for my sister in her Toyota Highlander (2019) ---- it would not adjust outward enough to be secure......I did not see a "max" diameter spec on the product post....if it is not there it should be......for me it was perfect...easy to adjust, tight and secure, angle and phone adjustments easy and secure.........will probably get another dedicated to another of our vehicles..... 30% the cost of weather tech and does not use those "xtra" cup slide outs for fit....which can get lost and don't provide the universal fit that this unit does.

I tried to login to this site online but it but kept getting an error. I finally got it put together and installed it in my car and it seems to fit good. Will see how it holds up on bumpy roads, etc. or if it loosens up over time. I had a question when trying to put it together but finally got it. Had to force the round ball into the back of the holder. It was very tight and I was afraid I could break something but it worked ok.

I like so far it moves some I think because my cup holder is big, it is not a snub fit, I have an Kia Sorento I have not tried mounting the item. there is no suction involved

I like the sturdiness of the product a lot. Could be a little taller but I am sure that would cause it to be more flimsy. Positioning is a little awkward in my truck (2005 F-150) due to the shifter being in the console. Kept busting my knuckles when shifting, but that is more a truck spacing issue than the phone holder. I would totally recommend.

I just tried fitting my new phone holder into my car cup holder and with all the great adjustments provided it expanded perfectly in my wife's car plus being able to raise it up and turn the phone 360 degrees makes it great for when I am using the gps part of the phone. I was afraid the large size cup holder in my truck would not be right for this phone holder but to my surprise it expanded out enough to make a tight fit so I am ordering another phone holder for my truck now. It sure beats having the phone getting hot and cold from the car vent phone holder. I already rate this product as a full 5 star. Thanks

Works like it supposed to. Hope it lasts as the entire structure is made of plastic.
