Easy to take liquid like energy vitamin supplements for men and women
This is a great all-in-one item for those who hate taking your vitamin pill(s). One teaspoon full packs various key energy vitamins and herbs with no after taste or upset to stomach. Ginseng, Bee Pollen, Proposes, Royal Jelly + Eleuthero in honey at any time of day works for me. I usually take mine right after breakfast or at 1:15 p.m. at lunch time following a meal๐

I was worried that this would be horrible tasting after reading reviews, but it is palatable. It is not as sweet as honey and has a distinctive taste. The bee pollen flavor is most prevalent. I only have a teaspoon in the am and take it for energy and health benefits.

Its ok.........but
Very strong if ingested. It made my esophagus swell. I also started to see flashes of blue in my vision. I'll stick to the regular royal jelly/honey mix. This is too strong.

DO NOT BUY! 4 jars of spoiled product
DO NOT BUY! I ordered 4 jars of this and all arrived unusable and spoiled. Royal Jelly is supposed to be a pale milky yellow in color, smooth consistency, and sweet. None of the jars were sealed and the product is not safe. I am not sure if these were previous returns used. The honey is BROWN, GRAINY, SOUR TASTE and SMELL. I have bought this before from the farm and this is not the same! There is no way to return the product, get a refund or communicate with the vendor to let them know people will get sick. Awful! If they let me return it and refund my money I will let you know.
