HadinEEon Souse Vide Cooker has Lots of power and super quiet!
Ok, I'm not new to sous vide and have been using the technique for several years. I have a sous vide cooker that costs several time what this unit costs. Why would i want a second cooker? Well, I just cooked a Chuck Roast for 48 hours. Search for that and you will see that that is an amazing sous vide dish. I wanted another cooker so that I could do multiple cooks at the same time but I didn't want to spend big bucks on a second unit. I was amazed how fast the HadinEEon Sou vide cooker heated the water! I checked it with an accurate thermometer and it is very close to the stated temp. It is extremely quiet. At first I had problems with the settings on the unit until I removed the protective film from the top so, that was operator error. I cook steaks, pork, chicken, eggs and more sous vide. Buy a boneless pork loin for less that $2 a pound on sale. Cut about 1.5 inches thick and sous vide at 138 degrees for three hours. Pan sear is a super hot pan for 30 seconds or so on each side. Your life will be changed! In the photos, I use a cooler for long cooks with a foam lid to keep evaporation down as well as power consumption. For short cooks any pot will do. I saw a review that said they were returning the unit because the clamp allows the unit to touch the bottom of the pot. That doesn't matter at all, it is flat on the bottom and should work with almost any pot. Very nice looking sous vide cooker

Best bang for the $$$
Just as good, if not better, than the $100+ souls vide immersion cookers. I’ve used multiple immersion cookers over the years and this one is super simple and just as accurate as the other ones. The click held it securely in place on my 5 gallon aluminum pot and brought the water temperature up to temp within 10 minutes. It is a little tricky to turn it on at first (once you set it). But once it gets going, it is super quiet so you almost don’t even know it is running. I’ve used it 4 times already (2-3 hours) but will be trying it with some short ribs soon for an extended cook period. Overall...great product for the price!!UPDATE: I have been using this device for at least 2-3 meals per week. Has not failed on me once and maintains an accurate and stable temperature. I have already had 3 friends buy one for themselves after they taste the food I cook with it!

Finally - A perfectly cooked peice of salmon
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I love having salmon in restaurants, and have tried cooking it many ways - grilled, pan fried, broiled, baked, cedar plank, Etc. For me, it always comes out too dry or hard on one end and soft on the other. I tried cooking with this HadinEEon Sous Vide machine and finally made and amazing piece of salmon at home.To use it - just set the temperature and cooking time, put your bagged food in, and let it slowly bring it up to the perfect temperature. It will beep at you when it is done. Very easy. After cooking in the HadinEEon to the temperature I wanted, I did a quick 1 minute fry on a cast iron skillet to get a nice crust. I also was able to make an amazingly tender and juicy piece of steak at the same time.I was surprised how quickly this was ready to go. The machine brought my pot of water up to temperature in just a few minutes, and it circulates the water to keep the temperature even. It has a very solid/professional heavy duty feel to it, and the controls/display are very clear and easy to use.I loaded up a video and some pictures of my first attempt at using this. Very easy, and pretty much fool-proof to get a perfectly cooked piece of meat.

I’m hooked!
I bought this sous vide cooker because it is sleek and I knew would not take up unnecessary space in my pots. This is my first attempt at sous vide cooking. I always crave good teriyaki salmon that has the flavor of the marinade throughout the meat and not just on the surface. This method of cooking is perfect. I used wild caught Alaska salmon and the texture of the fish after cooking was amazing. Never tasted anything like it before—and won’t settle for less in the future. The sous vide cooker was easy to use, very very quiet and accurate. I am really impressed with its performance and have more menu items planned for it. So far the salmon is my favorite. If you’re interested in giving sous vide cooking a try, I highly recommend this product. A great value with perfect and quiet performance.

Great immersion cooker. Functional unit.

Sous vide, which means “under vacuum” in French, refers to the process of vacuum-sealing food in a bag, then cooking it to a very precise temperature in a water bath. This technique produces results that are impossible to achieve through any other cooking method.I couldn't believe this until I actually tried some food cooked with this method. I am vegetarian and I tried to cook marinated tofu. I followed a recipe online, very easy. Basically, I prepared the tofu, I sealed a vacuum bag and that was it. You just need to set the temperature and then the timer and forget about it. You need three steps to cook using the sous vide methodous vide cooking is much easier than you might think, and usually involved three simple steps:1. Attach the precision cooker to a pot of water and set the time and temperature according to your desired level of doneness. The immersion cooker has min and max level lines, you can't go wrong.2. Put your food in a sealable bag and clip it to the side of the pot or immerge the bag under the water level.3.
