Is it recommended for use on someone with very oily skin?

Oily but not with acne prone skin

Is this a pump bottle or squeeze tube?

It is a tube that uses a pump delivery. I did not realize this when I ordered it. The product is different in every way from the previously fantastic Ti Silc product. Sadly, I will never buy Neova products again.
