How much weight can it bear?

They were okay for about 35 pounds on each side of an adjustable dumbeell...not okay for 45 pounds. I switched to Clout Fitness Quick Release Pair of Locking 2" Olympic Size Barbell Clamp Collar Great for Pro Training which are wider but workwith all weights.

Do they have these for a 1 inch bar

Thanks for asking, these barbell collar are perfect for 2 inch, might clamping not ideal for 1 inch. And we don't have this kind of barbell collar are perfect for 1 inch.

Does this comes in pair? Do they work well?

They come in a pair. And they definitely work well. For what you pay (Ivanko etc cost more and they have 0 complaints). I use them on farmers walk things since they are more solid than the spring collars.
