I have no idea why the heck anyone would say these bars are “inedible”; anyone who gave them a 1-star review must be really used to overly sugary sweets or just didn’t know what they were buying. These Keto Bars are SO GOOD!!! Now, I’ve been vegan for four years, and I just started vegan keto a couple weeks ago, so maybe my palette is just different than most, but the peanut butter one tastes like and has the texture of a no-bake cookie to me. The chocolate almond one is also tasty, though I haven’t tried the mint one yet. Yes, there is a protein powdery after-taste that lingers for a short while after you eat one, but it’s not bad, and we all should be drinking more water anyways, so it washes out quickly. Obviously, these are healthy snacks that are meant to be consumed in moderation, so if you’re looking for something that tasted like the most delicious, indulgent molten lava cake or something, then yeah, you’ll be disappointed. But if you’re looking for some vegan keto snacks that actually do fit the ketogenic nutrition guidelines while being filling and yummy, look no further.

Miserable food that also makes me miserable. The aftertaste isn't so bad, but eating it is just ... hard to get through. My husband tried it and wanted to spit it out. It's just... strangely salty, and unfulfilling. Maybe it would be fine if I could eat it without having to taste it? I don't recommend more than one a day, I get unpleasant burps if I do. Cannot recommend.

These bars aren't too bad flavor-wise despite being on the pricy side. The one thing to note: the listing for the sample pack is a little misleading. Some of the photos show 3 flavors (mint chocolate, chocolate coconut, chocolate peanut butter) and some of the photos also show chocolate covered strawberry. The copy also says "Choose between 4 delicious flavors: Chocolate Covered Strawberry, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Dark Chocolate Coconut Almond & Mint Chocolate OR sample them all with our sample pack variety" - HOWEVER - the sample pack does not include chocolate covered strawberry. I was expecting 3 each of the 4 flavors in the 12pk but got 4 each of 3 flavors which was disappointing considering how much money they were. I'd love to try the chocolate strawberry (and that was actually the flavor I was most excited for!) but I'm not willing to make a $30 investment without trying them first. It seems a little silly to leave just one flavor out of the sample pack, too.

I find this to be a nicer nutrition bar, though more expensive than some. However, the online order I just received was very poorly packaged. I order three boxes of 12 bars each, and the boxes were simply stuffed into a large envelope. They did NOT stand up to the mail-handling process. The boxes broke down during shipping, though all of the bars did arrive intact.

I love protein bars. It's weird, I know. And I know it's hard to find something keto that satisfies a sweet tooth without busting your macros. These are the best bars! My husband is specifically not allowed to eat these because they're mine and I don't want to share :) - Texture: Good, a little on the dry side, but not too crunchy or hard to chew. But they're not grainy or sandy, which is really important. Almost like a Larabar, but not as sticky - Taste: Very good, only a slight after taste on the mint bar, but overall does not taste like chemicals or artificial flavors. I really felt guilty eating them for breakfast because they're sooooo good. Also, you know how on Keto sweet things start to taste really sweet? Luckily these are not overpoweringly sweet - Filling: Very good, kept me full for a few hours Note: this review is only for the chocolate lovers mix, I have not tried other flavors

I found these to be amazing! The only one I wasn't crazy about was the raspberry one, but even that was good. These have a nice between consistency, not a brick but not chewy...They chew off like they might be chewy and then kinda break up in your mouth when chewed. I have a feeling the people who think these don't taste good are the ones who came to amazon to find a healthy snack to feel better about themselves...Which is great, but you can't compare these to a sugary candy bar in flavor. These are rich, tasty, wholesome ingredient bars!

I hate highly processed keto foods, so I had high hopes for these as the ingredients were simple and the sweeteners the usual ones I like. Sadly, the taste was so awful I only tried one of each flavor and the rest will go to waste. The mint chocolate tasted like chemical solvent and was the worst, the dark chocolate peanut butter was the least bad out of the three. A bummer of a purchase.

They're also dairy free, gluten free and vegan. People's tastes can differ substantially (some of us love fresh cilantro, while others think it tastes like soap, lol). The only way to know for sure whether these will appeal to your taste buds is to try them for yourself.
