Seller Will Not Honor Warranty
Seller is only in interested in selling the product. Machine arrived defective. Have tried to get machine working. Seller will not respond to requests for repair or replacement. Warranty is worthless as seller will not help with receipt of defective machine. Machine is a piece of junk.

SWF MAS 12
I just bought one of these machines. It is so complicated and did not come with any kind of instructions on how to set it up, how to work with it or how to do anything with it. It has been a freaking nightmare. I would never recommend ANYONE purchase this machine.

Nice Machine!
I owned a Brothers 12 Needle a few years back but didn’t like the way it embroidered hats, and I was a lil skeptical about this machines ability. BUT it has turned out to be easier and sews amazing on hats!! I do a lot of work for local schools and business’ embroidering logos on polos, hats and everything else in between! In the beginning if I wasn’t sure something - there would be a YouTube video that helped me through it! HIGHLY recommend! Mine came from Stitch it International and the girl in all their YouTube videos is actually the one that helped me when I called them with a question!! 😍
