I use this with the vantru n2x it’s a good sd card that comes with an adapter to get into sd card readers that don’t accept the smaller ones like my apple car reader decent capacity works for long recording hours easy to install and format inside the camera it self or on laptop can’t speak on compatibility in other dashcams as mine is a vantrue but I’m sure it would work elsewhere the video quality was good when reviewed too

I was getting SD card errors with san disk brand of cardwhile using my van true camera. Once I switch to this card the errors seem to stop especially when it was hot.

One look into the different technologies of Micro SD cards and you can be left scratching your head and emptying your wallet. Cheaper is most certainly not better, there is a lot more to all this. So the most straightforward answer for the Vantrue N4 Dashcam was to simply buy the Micro SD they have tested themselves. And frankly, I'm happy with the results because Dashcom Micro SD cards work harder than just about any other form of recording. Great product and not too bad a price either

The sales pitch on the dash cam barely mentions this chip....at the bottom of the dissertation, and says NOTHING about that you NEED it to save recorded incidents on your camera......Once you get the camera set, the instructions tell you to install the chip.....which you then have to order for $50....!! Maybe, if one is well versed in such products, you might know you need this.....but for us technology bozo's, it comes as a surprise ! Please update the sales information to include the actual need for the CD chip.... As it is, it is very misleading.
