Pathetic post sales service
Bell has not been been working since day1 , amazon has No return policy,only warranty claim. I have been struggling to get service from local Anchor team from past 1 year , they cancel saying Customer not reachable, I have reopened the ticket several times. Finally they said product is out of service. The product has 2 years warranty how am i supposed to use this ?

Great product!
The product is really of good quality and bell ring is very loud enough, easy to install and use... The only thing which could have been better was a better specific secure mechanism to open the bell button as it is very tedious and flat head screwdrivers are not easily available
