Starbucks Single - Origin Coffee Colombia By Nespresso, 2.01 Oz 57 G, 5 Pack, Capsule, Box

Almost as good as the original Nespresso coffee capsule. The aroma fills up the entire room! We are using it to pull an Expresso shot or a Lungo. Makes for a great morning caffeine dose. For cappuccino, I would prefer a Dark Roast with higher intensity (10 or 11 - this one is a Medium Roast, Intensity 7). But for an Expresso / Lungo, this is highly recommended. Yes it’s expensive (around 100 bucks for a capsule), but worth it. All the cheaper coffee capsules I have tried don’t give you the aroma, flavour and body. Go for it.

The coffee capsule is very well packed. It brews a creamy shot out of the nespresso machine. The flavor is just like the columbian brew in Starbucks. It is well bodied as well and the finish is smooth.

This Colombia has different packaging (green and orange) than the Colombia that comes with the variety pack (black and orange). This one is not good. It tastes muddy and unclear in a lungo (whereas the exact same Single Origin Colombia in the variety pack tasted sharp and clear). Why? I have no idea. Avoid.

This is easily my favorite way to enjoy Starbucks at home. The Colombia medium roast is smooth and delicious, and the price is significantly better than other brands I’ve tried for my Nespresso machine. You get the quality you expect from Starbucks without the high price tag. Highly recommend the 50-count for the best value!
