There was a bowl of these at a social I attended and I grabbed one on my way out the door only to find myself searching for them months later. They're delicious!! Toss one in your mouth and you taste the roasted coconut and something almost like caramel, except its not. Not too sweet, they are firm at first but then melt away leaving you with bits of coconut to enjoy. Soft enough to be chewed though not necessary.
