great find for next to nothing
great find for next to nothing as they are obsolete. but it kept me alive till my Palm Treo finally died. Unfortunately the new Palm Pre's were not up to design snuff of the Treo line so I went with an LG instead. I guess that is why Palm is now owned by HP.

purchased wrong cords
hello its not your fault i purchased the wrong cord twice. I am looking for the hotsync cord for my Palm Centro which has usb on one end but has the piece to attach to phone on the other with a BUTTON TO PUSH TO HOT SYNC INFO FROM PHONE TO MY PC and both cords none has the button i am looking for so now have no clue how to back up my info. one works to charge but not to back up info.thanksLourdes

Defective
Charger sent was missing most of the pins needed. Does not work!

No WONDER they didn't photograph the end with the pins...
...Inexpensive, arrived quickly, but half the pins are missing on the part of the cable that's supposed to attach to the phone. What a rip-off.

very Bad service
I ordered my item on March 14th and received it April 4th.I had to write to the people that I ordered from 3 times looking for my item. They never said it was back ordered or anything. I was suppose to receive it in 7 days at the most. I will never work with this company again.
