Does the user manual state the approx. torque range (low to high) and torque values for each setting?

I couldn't find the information in the manual. It would be helpful if it were included.

I need t be sure the charger is multivoltage ,because in live in Uruguay and here we have 220V in our outlets instead of the regular 110V in the US.

As another noted, all you need is a simple step-down transformer that somewhat exceeds the power draw - probably a simple 100w unit that you can find on Amazon for not much money at all. As for 50 vs 60 on cycles/frequency, that also does not matter - you charge a battery, and the battery runs the unit. I know all this because I'm an American who has used such tools for years while stationed overseas. I buy the U.S. version on Amazon, and then just use a transformer.

I will be drilling with this. Has anyone found compatable drill bits for this driver? If so , make? Model ? Thanks

Yes. At Home Depot they carry drill bits that will work. You need the bits that have the Quick Connect base. If the base of the drillbit is just round, like a dowel, that is the wrong one. They can point you to the right thing at HD, but the answer to your question is yes.

My 2 setting adjustable torque makes no difference in rpm thats normal right? speed is the same (doesn't change) but i've not tested torque
