Good
Product serve it's purpose. Silica gel stones absord moisture and heat very quickly when put in hot water. Water needn't to be Boiled. I heated the water around 65-70 degree and then dipped the hot pack into hot water for around 5-10 min. Then I wrapped the hot pack in towel and used it. Better than gel hotpack or electric hot pack.

It would loose heat immediately out of microwave- heat retention. doesn't serve the purpo.
This item is not effective it cools down immediately after we tale out of microwave. Which makes it inefective.

Effective moist heating but inconvenient to use
I wish the product was microwaveable. One has to boil it for every use. Otherwise the product is effective to use for it's purpose.

Good for hot fomentation because of steam it gives proper relief.

Product is good but it retains too much water. Unless you have some case to put your bed will become wet. I tried towels but not helped much. Ended up buying jel based one.

Not Gel...it is sand crystals. Misleading
These are not gel crystals but are sand crystals. These are used by physiotherapists and need a special most heat apparatus to keep it heated. The description given by you is misleading. Cannot really keep it in boiling water..it will not heat up.
