I am disappointed with the after-sales service for the Agaro Relaxo massager.After using the product for about one year, it developed a fault. When I approached the service center for repair, I was informed that the required spare parts were not available and the product could not be repaired.Instead of repairing it, I was offered a scheme where I had to pay 40% of the product's price (receiving only 60% value for my old unit) to get a refurbished replacement. The refurbished product came with only a 15-day warranty, which is not satisfactory.The biggest concern is that the company does not keep essential spare parts available for repair. This forces customers to accept a refurbished replacement instead of getting their original product repaired.I expected better after-sales support and availability of spare parts. The current service policy is disappointing and does not provide good value to customers.

They were responsive, courteous, and helped resolve my complaint promptly.However, I am not fully convinced about the product quality, as this is the third replacement I have received within the one-year warranty period. While I appreciate the company’s commitment to honoring the warranty and providing timely replacements, I hope the product’s durability and reliability can be improved.Overall, I am happy with the after-sales service experience and the professionalism shown by the support team.
