SUPER-DUPER PRODUCT
The product I received is fresh. I purchased this specifically for making LAL MAAS. Earlier I used to prepare this recipe without Kachari powder. When I started using this, the result is amazing. Genuine product with very good packaging.Thanks.

Kachri is such a gift. This is such an authentic Rajasthani speciality and secret ingredient as a meat tenderizer. Knowing the correct amount of Kachri powder to put into the meat, you can master how tender you would like your meat. Being a Rajasthani, it took me a long time to find this ingredient. We are so happy to now have it available online because of Shrish Masala. It is a true blessing! We are grateful for the high quality and service. Overall, an excellent experience.
