These work great for me over melatonin. You'll sleep for longer than lengths of time sio the duration is great! I try to only use them when I really need them so my body doesn't get use to them.

I’ve struggled with tossing and turning for years, so I’m always trying different sleep aids to see what actually helps me get a decent night’s sleep. I decided to give the Rite Aid Natural Sleep Aid Caplets, Diphenhydramine HCl, 25mg - 200 Count a try, and overall I think they work better than several other sleep pills I’ve used before. The caplets are easy to swallow, and I like that the bottle comes with 200 tablets because it lasts a long time and feels like a good value for the price. I usually start feeling drowsy within about 30–45 minutes, and it definitely helps quiet my racing thoughts enough to fall asleep faster. I also noticed I woke up fewer times during the night compared to when I don’t take anything. That said, I still personally prefer liquid sleep aids over pills. The liquid versions seem to kick in a little faster for me and feel slightly more effective overall. With these caplets, there were still some nights where I tossed and turned a bit before fully falling asleep. I also occasionally felt a little groggy in the morning if I didn’t get a full night’s rest. Pros: Easy to take Works better than many other sleep pills I’ve tried Large bottle lasts a long time Helps me relax and fall asleep more easily Cons: Not quite as effective for me as liquid sleep aids Mild morning grogginess sometimes Overall, I’d still recommend these if you’re looking for an affordable and convenient sleep aid option. Very good product

Si eres muy sensible a los medicamentos para dormir, pero necesitas una ayuda extra, esta opción funciona perfecto. Me tomo la mitad de una pastilla en la noche y me ayuda a dormir rápido y sin despertarme en toda la noche. Al día siguiente me despierto sin sentirme somnoliento o agotado como me ha pasado con otros medicamentos. Tampoco me da pesadillas como me ha pasado con algunos. En general lo recomiendo!

The medicine worked for me however it made me tired and my Doctor told me the diphenhydramine was not good for people over 65 and wanted me to try something else.
