Great product all boats should have installed my self

Product was easy to install and pretty much plug n play. Everything is there without needing anything else. Only issue I had was missing 2 screws from the kit which I got at hardware store. Also what is in the picture is not what you get the control module is not separate and instead is part of the switch but that is not really an issue other than the electronics is sort of exposed rather than it being sealed which is why I knocked a star off.

Product came defective right out of the box. Spent all day installing only to find out the switch is bad and Lenco doesn’t have anymore. So basically I spent 600 dollars and a days work to have to useless tabs hang off the back of my boat. Outstanding. Update: week and a half later Lenco sent me a switch for early 2019, but it works. The ordeal was a pain but the tabs are amazing.

No control I need to buy the controllers separately

I've owned Lenco tabs in the past and must say they last for a long time. However when I ordered my new set, it was not what I ordered. Rather than receive the control box with wiring, I received a cylinder set which have the button switch molded into the control box. When I set up the tabs for a test run to my surprise, they didn't work. I just hope the 24v system wasn't sent to me on accident because they are fully installed and they have a ton of 5200 sealing them and would not be fun to try and take off.

Relatively easy to install with good instructions. I requested a friend to help hold the trim tabs and actuators in proper position while marking the holes to be drilled in the boat transom. Still experimenting with tabs positions, but I can get on plane faster and cruise 2-3 mph more than without, and I seem to be using a little less gas. The boat is an 18 ft Transport with a 140 hp Suzuki.
