It is multi-functional, and can be used to zest or grate any number of things.Everytime a product has a "100% Money Back Guarantee”, that makes me a confident buyer. Well, this zester product delivers! It is stainless steel, has a non slip grip and hey, it even has that cover thing for safe storage. What more can you ask, right?I have been spending more time in the kitchen and having this makes food prep and cooking easier. My wife and I love fresh ginger and cinnamon sticks and this is a perfect tool to use. I also use this for chocolate toppings on hot cocoa. Just perfect! The blade is razor sharp so please exercise caution when using. Although it did say dishwasher safe, I prefer to soak it in water and light soap.This is definitely a five out of five star product, and I would highly recommend it to any cooking lover!

I received this product at a discount in exchange for an honest and unbiased review. The grater does not work well for cheese. It is too narrow and the teeth don't seem to be angled right for grating cheese. It does, however, work better as a zester, but I'd prefer something wider. It seems like the rubber feet on the top corners will come off without much use and the whole folded back edge is awkward.

It has an extremely comfortable handle and the rubber "feet" keep it in place. I'm happy that a cover is provided- my hands are safe and the grater won't dull from sliding around in the drawer! I quickly grated an apple, butter, and garlic (pictured). I was privileged to receive a discount for testing, and am happy to provide you with my review of it!

I love this!!! I have a really small zester, but this is so much better!!! Makes it really easy to zest a couple of lemons or oranges at once! Quality product too, at first i thought it might be a little flimsy but it's not. Very strong and I used it to zest 2 big lemons and then 3 large oranges and it saved me so much time!! My husband, who could care less about baking and needing zest for recipes was all excited for this and had to try it. Of course we were out of oranges and lemons by then, so he zested some limes, it works wonderful for them as well!!!I did receive this product a discounted price to give a review on.

Love this grater and when it arrived I immediately used it to grate garlic. What a great job it did and so quick! The only down side and why I gave it a 4 is that the sides of the grater have metal rails to hold the cover. That makes it more difficult to get off the back side of the grater any thing that is left. I used a spatula and it worked fine. But, the rails are sharp. If you like having a cover, then this is a good purchase
