I already have two Aegishjalmur necklaces. One fancy one from a Sweden and another from an Amazon store. I happened to stumble on this one and liked the “rock like” look.It’s a nice metal and comes with a tie string. The string is a higher grade than others and yet; I will probably replace it with a chain.One slightly annoying aspect is if you don’t pick the right side, the necklace will rotate to its back side forward due to the way it’s tied.There is also the chance of the knots wearing out in time and unless you know how to tie the slip knot used…Still I like it and wear it frequently.

I bought this for my adult son and he loves it. It's very solid and hefty for its size. Seems to be holding up very well to every day wear.

Very nice! However, it's darker than it appears in the pictures. The carving isn't quite as distinct as I would have hoped. The gift was a hit though! :)

The necklace looks exactly like the pictures, and is a nice size. What the pictures cannot convey is the beautiful heft and solidity. The mold of the pendant looks like the Helm of Awe has been carved into a chip of slate, and the feel of the pendant in the hand - solid, heavy, rough - backs that appearance up. It's not a pendant I'll forget I'm wearing, and that's absolutely perfect in my opinion. The cord it's strung on could be a little softer, but I don't much mind, as I'm likely to replace cotton with leather anyway.Purchased as a talisman of protection for my upcoming LARP character, and boy will this be perfect. All the stars.!

Of the many Viking/Nordic necklaces or trinkets I have purchased, this is by far of the of the best.It does not rust when showereringIt does not harm me when dust or other materials when it is pressed against my skinInstead of cheap string, it is a nice comfy chain.This is a great Necklace for anyone looking for a personal gift to themselves, wanting to get in touch with their ancestors, and wanting to give to that Heathen Friend.

The chain broke within minutes of wearing. The charm is really heavy and it's nicely made, although the chain cannot handle the weight.

Great quality chain, it's a heavy pendant so if you're not into that don't get the arrow head one. I love it! The package shipping was delayed a bit at customs for some reason, but the product is awesome!

Very well-made pendant with a good weight to it. Chain is basic but strong. Good value for the money, recommended.
