It's not the most durable or highest quality ukulele in the world, but it is MUCH nicer than I expected it to be. It sounds and looks great. Very lightweight. Already has the PEGS for a normal STRAP, though it does come with a hook-on strap. There is a BUILT-IN TUNER as well as a CLIP-ON TUNER. When you activate the tuner, it cuts off the output so you the audience can't hear you tuning up even if the input it's connected to is on. BUILT-IN EQ and VOLUME controls too.

I was looking for a ukelele for my 3 year old son, and I wanted to get a mid-priced one. I was looking for one that was higher in quality compared to the super cheap ones, yet not such high quality and so expensive that I would cringe if it got broken. I found this one on a sale around Christmas time, and boy did it exceed my expectations. I played violin in H.S. so I have some experience with string instruments, and this ukelele has a great sound, and the strings seem pretty high quality. It comes with extra strings, a strap, a tuner, etc. The case it comes in is nice as well, especially in comparison to what the other ones looked like when I was looking at other brands. It comes with instructions, and the tuning is a bit complicated/technical. Because I'm impatient and I have some experience in tuning string instruments, I just found a youtube video to help me with the tuning instead of dealing with the technical parts. I was able to learn some chords just by watching the youtube videos as well! My son is a bit young and the ukelele is a bit large for him, but I expected this upon purchase, and he will grow into it. I was so glad to have found the deal on this one!

Pretty nice, played around on it on a guitar amp and it sounded nice and clear. Didn't come with a strap like it says, and the clip on tuner isn't high quality, or maybe it's a national difference in tuning style. Also did not come with a lead cord (the aux cord for playing thru amp). Other than that, all things considered, it's a fine instrument, and I hope it lasts a long time.

The media could not be loaded. The customer service team is awesome. I initially ordered back in January and the BCP concert arrived with a blemish on the wood finish by the neck. I wasn't sure if they would issue a refund but sent pictures upon their request. Customer Service apologized for the defect and sent a duplicate within 4 days with instructions to keep the old ukulele. I am a beginner and this is just perfect (acoustic/electric) for me. I like the sound and the price is right. As previous reviewers have stated, the faux or amp cord was missing. I will be ordering again. A video is attached.

The ukulele sounds great! I recorded with it today and was just experimenting with pedals and enjoying it. If you already play guitar you can quickly get a feel for the notes on ukulele. Also the string gauges are so lightweight it feels like you can play for hours. And to top it all off the customer service was above and beyond what I expected!

Can't get to connect to am Amp. Not sure why. Looks like the batteries were old and leaked. Corroded the contacts. Thought it was weird that it came with a tuner when the ukulele has one built in. Then I realized the runer doesn't work. Maybe I'm paranoid but maybe it wasn't supposed to work.Sounds decent though. Tunes easy.

This ukulele has a good sound. It is easy to play. After playing it a few times, it stays tuned, although I check it every time. I would recommend this ukulele if you just want to dip your toes into the water to see if a ukulele is right for you. It's really fun. Also, a shout out to the BCP customer service team. The first ukulele I got arrived damaged and I was so bummed. But they sent a replacement right away and I was good to go.

I am somewhat astounded that they can make such a decent instrument, electric nonetheless, for this price. Pretty good sounding and even comes with a little tuner! My only complaint is whoevers idea it was to put stickers on the back of the neck... I hate you. It is so hard to get off.
