This tea will get you a great detox and it works fast take on your day off or stay close to the restroom I was able to shed my 10 pounds oof water weight to get into my dress.

It doesnt taste bad (I add honey). I only steep for 45 seconds to 1 minute per reading the reviews, I also drink it at night before bed around 9ish and also try to drink a big cup of water. When I wake up in the morning I always have a nice bowel movement and I'm not continuing to run to the bathroom all day long. Sometimes I may have to go 1 or so more times but it's nothing insane. I have always had issues staying regular and nothing had really helped. This tea makes me feel like im cleaning everything out of my system without any crazy pain or discomfort.

Doesn’t taste great and causes some discomfort but gets the job done.

The taste is good but did nothing for me.

This is a great tea for occasional clean out. I use it once every few weeks when I just feel like I haven’t had a nice large bowel movement. This tea is stronger than some others, like smooth move, etc.. I only steep it for a short amount of time ( about 45 seconds ). I like the taste of black tea so I add a teabag of black tea and the China slim and brew them together. That way I can put milk and sugar like I normally do in my tea. Taste great and works.

Before I got this tea, I was searching the web for a top-of-the-line diet tea. I wanted to lose some water weight and get flushed out too. I was stuck between this one and another, so I went with this. The reviews for it were wonderful and I thought I'd give it a try. As a person, I normally can sometimes get a very weak stomach. Meaning, I need to watch what I eat or else I need to go to the bathroom fast. Sorry to be so informative of my personal nature, but it is needed with this review, so bare with me. The directions of this tea stated to drink it with food. So I brewed up a cup and enjoyed it with a tuna foot long sandwich from Subway. About an hour after I had ate, I got these horrible stomach cramps. The ones you get when you have, well, you know, the runs (again sorry to be so informative). I immediately ran to the restroom and did my business. I had so much pain in my stomach, I was curling over with tears in my eyes. This barely happens to me. I thought I had food poisoning! A few days earlier my mom told me how her coworker got food poisoning from a tuna sandwich from Subway. So I stayed away from that place for a while. I made the tea again a few days later and the same exact thing happened! I read around it will flush you out, but this gave me full on intense diarrhea! I thought it was crazy for a tea to do this and for a while I thought it was just me. On the third try, once again, the tea done me bad and I learned my lesson about drinking it. I'm not sure if this tea has done this to anyone else, but be aware of the other side effects it might have on you.*Side note* I bought another diet tea and it was comfortable on my stomach. So I know that this China Slim Tea caused me damage.
