Great book so far. The explanation of each card is very detailed, but written in a way where the information actually sticks!I’ve chosen to only read about a few cards each night, so that I can really process/remember what they mean. I didn’t want to overwhelm myself by reading about too many cards at once.

Excellent book! I have several books on Tarot and all of then focus very heavily on the memorizing of specific details. They don’t allow you to really develop a message that the cards are truly trying to convey. This book is great about giving you details but also telling you how to look at each card within the context of the narrative of the spread. I highly recommend this book for any beginner or anyone, who like me, loves Tarot but got frustrated with having to dig a giant book out to figure out what the heck is going on!

Basic book for meanings of the cards. Easy read except for the many typos! Didn't someone proofread this before printing?

This is a fantastic primer or re-primer for Tarot lovers and would-be Tarot lovers. I've read more Tarot books than I can count, but I read through this one as though the information was all new to me because in many ways, it was! My favorite elements were the pieces of memoir that effortlessly illustrated the more traditional meanings of the cards. Tea breaks open the gender binary, which for me, as a professional Tarot reader, was helpful particularly in working with GNC clients and querents. I wholeheartedly recommend this book.
