I decided to try the Celtic Sea Salt Makai Pure, and I’m really glad I did. The flavor is clean and well-rounded—much richer than regular table salt—and it adds a nice touch to everything from salads to cooked meals. I also appreciate that it’s unrefined and harvested naturally, so I know I’m getting something pure and free from additives. The texture is fine and easy to sprinkle, making it great for both cooking and finishing dishes. It’s a bit more expensive than regular salt, but the quality makes it worth it.

4/14/2024. This is my first time ever to purchase celtic salt. It is very expensive for the half pound. The salt arrived dry and clump free in manufacturer's packaging. Tastes clean and salty. Dissolves slowly. Will be using this sparingly, one crystal at a time, with my daily water intake. I transferred it to a glass container with screw lid to make accessibility and sealing the container easier.

Wonderful flavor and basically the only heavy metal free salt... but....the chunks are YUGE and constantly clog my electric grinder. :( I wish I could buy small grain and in bulk.

Will be making flavored finishing salts as hostess gifts and this salt comes highly recommended.

Very good high quality salt. I think it makes a difference having the extra trace minerals. My mom and my fiance both have trouble with keeping their sodium and chloride levels high enough when they get bloodwork done in the past, and since incorporating this and other unrefined salts into our diet such as "Real Salt", the lab results have come back much better. Both also reported experiencing much less cramping, almost no cramping at all anymore actaully. Overall a very good investment healthwise and a tasty one too!

I watched the Heal Your Gut Summit last week, and Donna Gates (of Body Ecology) recommended this salt over Himalayan Salt. She said there is 30% less sodium and more potassium than regular salt. She said that some people can have a salt sensitivity gene. I have found that I am very sensitive to salt. Himalayan salt makes me thirsty, any salt really. It makes my head feel hot and weird, and doesn't react well with me. I tried this salt last night and it was wonderful! It DID NOT increase my thirst, it tasted sweet and wonderful, and it got a pass from me!!! LOVE IT!!! Highly recommend it!!!! More Salt, Less Sodium and best of all....PH of 10!!! EXTREMELY ALKALINE!!!!! It is not a very fine salt that I'm used to, but didn't bother me!!! THANKS FOR THE GREAT SALT!!!!

I bought this Celtic Salt after reading about it's many health benefits. I've only just started using it but the taste is really nice not a sharp salt taste. I shall be recommending this to friends & family.
