how to lift the furniture say heavy bed to place the roller

Lift one corner of the cot , place one roller . Do the same with 4 corners. The cot will become mobile. But turning the cot becomes a challenge with this cylindrical roller. Ball rollers would be better for all direction motion , but I could not find those in the listing.

Do we have any break system not moving the bed to over come moving while sleeping
