Michael Kors Women's Watch

I can not write to the seller for some reason. This was a gift for my mother for Xmas. Onces she tried it out a few weeks after it didn't work. She then brought it to a shop and they replaced the battery and it still didn't work. Please help

We received an used and color faded watch which we had to return it.

I accidentally bought two watches off seller and wasn't able to cancel the order even ten minutes after it was made. Customer service is absolutely terrible. Both bracelets broke within two months from the purchase, total waste of time, money and a big headache. I wouldn't recommend buying from this seller to my worst enemy. This was a nightmare and now I'm out more money then I wanted. Do yourself a favor a go find a different watch.
