How big of an amp do i need to use to run 2 sets of these speakers

No idea. If you go to the Crutchfield website and put in your vehicle info, they’ll give you a list of speakers that fit. Sort it by brand, “Rockford Fosgate” and see if these come up. I haven’t installed them in my new car yet but have put two sets in previous cars. I like the way they sound. Bright not deep. Def need subs with these in my opinion.

What is the mounting depth of the tweeter?
