This is a fabulous printer at a very good price. -Its wireless and does duplex printing
This is a fabulous printer at a very good price.-Its wireless and does duplex printing.-It prints fast.-Copies are very crisp and clean.-The back opens us so you can do postcards or thicker card stock without bending the cards. (we printed around 100 post cards without a glitch).Set up to start printing is very easy. However set up for wireless is not intuitively obvious so you'll have to view the user manual on line. Its not difficult in fact vey easy but it would have been nice to have the wireless instructions on a card in the box.Lot of features for a printer in this price level, I defiantly recommend it.

Cheap printer, ripoff supplies, do not ever buy!
The printer is cheap and performs as promised. Wait until you run out of toner, this is when Dell has a really nasty surprise for you!! I have tried putting in several brand new, full generic toner cartridges, and guess what? The damned thing keeps telling me "no toner!" Yet, I was able to print 3 pages of its technical specifications without a problem. When I called Dell, they promptly advised me to buy a "genuine" Dell replacement product as generic toners may not work.Great job, Dell! I will never buy this printer again!!!

It's a great printer!
My sumsung ml-2525W broke, the wireless card was expensive to replace it. After I did my research on this printer, I found in Walmart, best buy and office dep prices from $109 to $210 + delivery. When searching in Amazon I found it for $54 + $5.50 delivery. I took my chance and I decided to buy it with an ext warranty for another $4 (just in case). Guess what?, I won. Yes baby!, It is a brand new printer, in its original box, perfectly handled and a sealed new ink cartridge. I installed it in 45 min in my home, My mac is connected via wireless, my other computers with window 8.1 works perfectly. There is no problem at all. It prints as stated in the ad, fine and fast. It came 2 days before the expected time. How could I not give you a review like this?Thank you again!

OK for a cheap, basic printer
This is a basic laser printer. It does what it needs to do, and not much more. I prefer laser printers over inkjet (unless you need color) because ink is stupid expensive for what it is. The product itself, like so many computer products today, has a cheap and flimsy look and feel to it. In my application, it only needs to be used for a college student to print out papers that need to be turned in as hard copy, so I expect it to be fine for that task.My only issue has to do with the network setup. It seems like the only way to set it up is via WPS, which is not explained. WPS means you push the WPS button on your wireless router and then have the printer look for it. Once you know that and do it, it connects just fine. But, if you want to have it look for wireless and then enter the router password, it does not seem to have the capability to do that. (It may be possible to do that if you install from the installation disk and type the password in from the computer keyboard, but many computers no longer have DVD drives).

Wow! A Nifty Bargain!!!
Laser Printers used to be so super expensive that I always opted for the Inkjet Printers, and you know that the ones in the $100 market are fine when new, but as soon as the inks run out, you pay $50 for new ink! So when my lower end inkjet ran out of ink for the 3rd time, I did an internet search for "Best Printers @ $100", and was surprised to see this gem in that price range. Since I have a high end inkjet for Color Work, I opted for this one. First, it is build like the proverbial British Battleship!!! And it works like a charm!!! No more waiting around endlessly for documents. A few seconds, and the perfect black ink print appears all at once! It took a bit of time to figure out how to download the driver, but once that was accomplished, all has been perfect. Highly recommended for those who only need black and white documents!

Efficient, reliable, and quiet
I've had this printer for several months. It was easy to install and works with my Macbook for wireless printing. It is very quiet and has been very reliable. It supports two-sided printing. It has a separate feed tray that may be used for printing on odd papers - for example, I still print some paper checks from my QuickBooks program.

If toner is low, printer WILL NOT FUNCTION
This printer might be fine for home use, but even in my small, 2-person office it is too junky and badly designed. I used to have another similar small Dell printer that was great. This one doesn't come close to that one.My least favorite part of the printer is that once the printer has decided that your toner is low (even if it's not affecting print quality one bit), it basically disables the printer until you put in a new toner. No taking the toner out and shaking it or anything like that. So, if like me, you forgot to have an extra toner on hand and are facing a deadline, your printer is completely useless. There is no way that I can find to override this setting. The little screen tells me put in a new toner, which I don't have, and won't do anything else until I do. It stopped printing in the middle of a document and hasn't printed since then. The overall quality of the printer also feels cheap-- the paper drawer seems flimsy when you pull it out.Wish I could return it, but of course by the time I realized the issue with the toner, it was already too late. I've always bought Dell products (computers, printers, etc.) but I will be looking for a new brand after this disappointing experience.

Unfortunately the wireless printer is VERY slow
I bought this printer because it's a laser printer, it automatically prints duplex (double sided) and it has wireless functions. The wireless printing option is horrible at best, for large files it may take up to 5 minutes to print (or sometimes it doesn't print at all). I have the printer placed right next to the wireless router so the wireless signal should not be a problem. I have better luck printing with iOS than Windows 7. I haven't been able to print off of my iPhone 6S. The print quality is decent and third parties offer decently priced toners.
