Is it able to protect us from the extremely cold weather like 1 or 0°c.?

It's thermal wear and I don't think any thermal wear in market can protect u from 1° temp alone , u have to wear some stiff clothing above it to protect urself from cold. It's just use for maintaining body heat temp, not to protect from outside cold breeze.
