ElectriBrite Bald Head Shaver Rotary is waterproof, In order to prolong its life, we recommend that you remove the shaving head and clean it instead of immersing the body in water for a long time.

Can you accidentally cut yourself with this device?

No I cannot see how you can as the blades are guarded. I am very pleased with my purchase, however I do think it is worthwhile buying a spare head as it only costs about £7.

How do you open the head?

You pinch the sides outwards and pull it up. The middle one rotates counterclockwise and you should be able to lift it completely.
