I've been looking for a shedding brush that wasn't expensive but will also WORK. I took a risk on buying this due to the good feedback. All I have to say is FINALLYYY! This brush works AMAZINGLY well, dude! I brushed my dog and as you can see in the photo, it's a pile of loose hair. I then brushed my cat and same thing, my cat was shedding way more than my dog. Either way, it helped and did its job especially since it's hot and they are shedding EVERYWHERE.

Item showed up on time. It is wider than I expected and a little bulcky feeling which makes it difficult to get in certain spots like under the shoulder. I have 3 large dogs and a cat. It worked great on my pit, my red bone hound mix and my black and white cat. I might get a smaller one for the cat. She really liked it. The dogs didn't care I was using it but after a few minutes were like "ok I'm gonna go over here now".All of their undercoats are thick and fluffy. I knew that about my hound cuz she is part great pyrenees. As for my other dog, she is a german pointer mix. Her hair is difficult to describe. She sheds her top coat (thats what it seems like) like crazy but the comb didn't really help with that and apparently her undercoat isn't thick or it doesn't shed as much. Not sure how I ended up with 4 fur babies that shed like crazy. Im happy it works for the majority of the shedding. My boyfriend tried it on his dog, which is a large terrier breed, kinda like a giant yorkie with medium to long length hair. It worked on him pretty well, he doesnt shed as much. I got it to work on my clothes, couch and carpet too. It did decent. Only issue is be mindful of what kind of clothes you use it on, the edges would get caught in the clothing and I have a small hole now. They are cheap leggings from walmart so no biggy. It is made sturdy so I expect it to last a long time. Only other thing some would see as a negative is you have to clean it pretty often in order to pick up more hair. It gets messy but that's expected, cuz it's hair. Note: pic shows what I got from my pit, I was shocked. the black clumps are from the cat. Second pic is what I got from my pointer showing she has a different kind of coat that doesn't like any brush I have tried. Almost all of her shed is the course hair and the brush doesn't pick that up well.

I use this to brush through my boxer who sheds like crazy. It is very easy to use and removes tons of lose hair. He loves to be brushed and sits as momma removes all the hair that needs to be removed.

This brush is amazing. It works so much better than any basic brush I've gotten for the cats/dog. My cat loves it, and will sit and let me get so much hair off of his back.The hair doesn't all stay in the brush, and floats away some, but I can't expect it to hold it all while I'm still brushing. Great buy.

Wanted to give this brush 5 stars but couldn't because the 1st time I attempted to brush my dog the handle fell off. I didn't even get one brush stroke out of it! Here's the deal folks...this is the 2nd brush I'd bought because the 1st one my dog chewed up. That's why I didn't give 5 stars. Otherwise this brush is amazing and gets the undercoat hair that sheds so badly.

Great tool for Labrador breed, our dogs shed alot! This cuts down on sweeping & vacuuming.

Best deshedding brush I’ve used so far. Better than sleekez brand. Seemed painless to them too! So glad my dogs chewed through the other brushes, so that I could find this one!
