I absolutely love this glaze! It never disappoints. I originally purchased it when the clear glaze at my studio started coming out cloudy and clumpy, and I haven’t looked back since. Best clear glaze I have found! I make colored clay and use underglaze and slip, but every clear I tried became cloudy or crawled etc. I just pulled my first pieces out of the kiln with this glaze and they are fantastic! I diluted it to be able to dip them - purchase Amaco Suspendaid and follow the directions on that bottle to get the correct viscosity. Make sure your pieces are in the hottest part of the kiln or it can become mat instead of glossy.

I always use this glaze when using underglaze or tissue transfer as it keeps the color true. Sometimes, when you use a glaze with zinc in it, the colors are not what you wanted. This always works, three heavy coats.

Works well though I wish it cost less.
