Does the included psu support a standard itx motherboard with a 4+4 pin eps 12v CPU connector?

If the 3.5" drive cage is removed, can a 6x drive (2x bay by 3.5") cage be mounted? look up icydock cp006 to see what i am after.

Hi Tron. Sorry but I don't think that th Icydock part will work, the Supermicro 721TQ-250B Chassis has a built in 4-port SAS/SATA backplane. The 3.5" Hot-Swap drive carrier trays can be pulled out but the internal backplane is still inside and mounted inside of the chassis. The Icydock CP006 is design for installing into a chassis with 2x 3.5" exposed drive bays. Will this fit a gpu attached to the motherboard? specifically a zotac geforce gtx 1050 ti mini?

Although the Zotac geforce gtx 1050 ti mini is a single slot gpu, it takes up two slots of space due to its heatsink. The Supermicro cse-721tq-250b only has only a single pcie backplane. Yes there is a little extra space to the side of the pcie for a gpu's heatsink but even if you could install the gpu into this case there would be next to no airflow for the gpu's heatsink.

What drive caddy would work in the hot swap bays for an SSD drive?

This case comes with its own drive cddys, but if you want extras, they appear to be the same type as found in other Supermicro server cases.
