This is so comfortable. And I am sitting on it for 2 hours in a row and doesn't affect me.Wheels are running smooth on hard surfaces.Would buy it again.

I went to put the chair together and the plastic piece which connects the seat to the legs snapped so the seat isn’t stable on the top. I sent an email to the address supplied in the package and the email bounced back saying the address doesn’t exist. I would like to have had a replacement part but there seems to be no way to contact the sender

Very easy to put together.

It's small, which is great (I use it as a drum stool / PC chair. But it's been horribly uncomfortable and I've been getting excruciating pain in my coccyx after sitting on it for a bit. The cushion deflated and is flat within days. Ordering a memory foam cushion to go on it now
