If you mean can you use a compressed air gun to blow away dirt around brakes for example or dust in electrical panels/equipment, it's fine for bench work but I wouldn't recommend it for continuous heavy-duty use, remember to wear appropriate dust masks

Not really sure .As it was the only one that suited my purpose was not too bothered.

Q: Can this be used to fill PCP air guns?

No. You need 200+ bar to do that. Get yourself a divers bottle and refill it when needed at a dive centre. That or get a special hand pump (takes some effect, but doable). I used to have a pump then switched to divers bottle.
