Love the quality
I really like this unit so far. It comes with an extra pump which I really appreciate, it is quiet as promised, the cord is long enough for me (my last unit from a different brand had a very short cord). All around highly recommend. It was packed well and worked immediately.

I think she likes it.
Most of the pictured foliage isn't included. But, she's definitely more interested in this than other options we've tried to encourage her to drink water. And, it doesn't stress her out like the air stone did. It's a max of a soft trickle which is all you really need for relaxed drinking. All around good buy at least for bearded dragons who may be stubborn drinkers and aren't a fan of bubbles in their water.

Cheap plastic but pretty cool
I love the concept of a waterfall for my arboreal lizard, and after another water feature that failed I decided to try this one.First thing is the plastic is cheap, like polystyrene cheap, but I guess it's strong enough. The pump is no where near silent at all, the first day it was, but the second and now after a few days the thing rattles though I can't hear it when the vivarium doors are closed. I suspect the noise is out of the range of lizards, I hope. Water levels are easy to maintain, and I haven't had to clean it yet so I can't speak for the ease of cleaning. The price is expensive for what it is - but there are not many options out there like this. I even tried to rig up something myself but it looked and performed terribly so I gave in to this. The water flow is adjustable - from a slow flow to a raging waterfall. The cheap plastic leaves alter the flow a bit for a more realistic flow. I haven't witnessed my lizard drinking from it yet, but she was perched atop looking at it, probably wondering who did this unauthorized addition to her home.I hope this fountain holds up better than the fake stone thing I had, which was a pain to clean due to all the crevices. This appears easier to clean, and one great benefit of plastic is nothing lives on it the way a porous stone would. The drain filter is a huge benefit as it catches any debris before getting sucked into the pump. and this area makes it easier to add water.Overall I am happy with this, I hope my lizard eventually uses it too.cheers!

Comes off as good
My package arrived and I plugged it in and it works good! I had it running for awhile but it wasn't super quiet it made some sound witch didn't bother me but would bother light sleepers. I have a Piebald Veild Chameleon and even though it's marketed as a chameleon drinking fountain your reptile could drown! It's a hazard but like I said that didn't bother me I always am watching him. So I put it in his cage and it runs a cord so you will have to cut your cage to get the cord out that doesn't sound like a big deal but it doesn't sit outside it sits inside the cage so you need to cut your cage. It also claims about the suction Cup well that doesn't work because the bottom is where you put water so if you where to put it up the bottom would fall off. Dispite all that I put it in there and i realized sometimes all 5 holes didn't dispense water but whatever sometimes all five did but always at least three worked so I was fine. Then yesterday I've owned this for about a week it was making weird sounds so i filled it up with water and it still wasn't dispensing the water and making weird sounds so I go and clean the filter and still making weird sounds I've came to the conclusion the motor broke after two weeks... Did it help me yeah would it be worth the 50$ if it was good quality yeah but it's not it came with no instructions and like a bunch of random chameleon feeding supplies so don't buy. I'm happy I bought it so I could tell you not to and I wish I could get my money back but i can't.

Not Worth It
It's kinda cheap. I started using it, then I needed to buy another filter because my lizard pooped in it. Had in storage, forgot about it. When I wanted to use it again, it didn't work. Also, the filter doesnt really seem like its that effective. The stream also isn't what I thought it was gonna be. I never saw my lizard drink from it. I don't think its worth it. I have a crested gecko for those who'd like to know.

Design overlooks cleanliness
Its generally an OK device, but it does have a few really annoying flaws. They could have made it easier to clean by:(1) Redesigning the water return where the sponge is. Forget the sponge. Crickets will eat through it. If your reptile does his business on it, it's a goner. Plastic can be cleaned, but not this sponge. It also has a gap that leads into the water reservoir, which crickets and other mobile bugs can get into (frequently and easily in my experience).(2) Redesigning the water deposit where the waterfall begins. It also has fatal gaps which allow bugs to enter the reservoir.(3) The pump is suctioned to the base, and is attached to the top half by tube. These two halves are meant to be pulled apart to empty/refill/service it. Since the pump more or less holds them together, it's really awkward to take apart. A simple arm or leg to hold the pump so that the top half could be removed easily from the base would be stellar.I fixed (1) by using zip ties, believe it or not. I would opt to find a friend to 3D print a new plastic filter that prevents crickets from getting in.I fixed (2) by wedging a piece of tin foil behind the leaves and water deposit. It does the job. Again, a simple 3d printed part could cover up these gaps.Shortcomings aside, pretty sweet kit. Expect to clean it once a day if you feed your reptile with crickets or similar bugs. They will find a way in. With upgrades it can be cleaned twice a week or so. I would bet a week would be OK.
