These work great for stopping your lacrosse head from rattling. However- make sure you put it in on the right sides where the holes line up as my son was so excited when they arrived he shoved it straight into his stick backwards and I have to use a small eyeglass screwdriver to dig it out- but still works.

If you have a loose lacrosse head then this product will get you right. Sometimes the whole gets blown out and the screws just don't fit like they used to. Insert this into the shaft and you can screw your head directly into it to get that factory feel again. I've used these every season of lacrosse for the last 4 years.

They broke trying to out them in the shaft

Aluminum shaft had holes worn out too big. I was going to cut down a piece of wood to give something for the screws to bite into. Then i realized this product exists. $21 for two pieces, saved me the hassle if wood working. This product works well
