These actually work!
Went to a private combat medic course and we had to practice inserting these in each others nostrils. i was really surprised they worked so easily. Never know when your face might get really, really messed up, so I got a couple.

Reviews for first aid products like this are more pass/fail than 1-5 stars. The product packaging will hold up and keep the tube sterile. The tube itself appears to be well made. So yes, I can recommend purchase for your first aid kit. Pass.
