The gate includes a door panel to help you pass through the opening with ease without having to move the entire gate. Update: I'm hoping they can help me and I've emailed Richell. The I connectors have little wooden pegs and one of mine snapped off. This was depressing as I didn't think it would be that easy to damage. I bought it in December of 2019 and the one piece broke in April of 2020. I would definitely be careful if you're moving this around. The pegs to connect the gate are light wood. I had to move it and it broke very easily. I would be careful if you're shifting the position of this gate as the pegs are not strong. I'm waiting to see what the company does. I could not find the I wood connectors on their web site so am hoping they have them just that I couldn't find it.December 2019 - belowWe had an issue with the dogs running out, and trying to pick up packages. We needed a gate to block the front door and give us some space to bring in bigger packages. This ended up perfect! We now can keep the dogs back and pick up anything and/or answer the door without any disasters. We also can have guests enter and close the door before entering the house. It's definitely made our lives easy. It's sturdy and well built. You'll have to put it together [helps to have a 2nd person], but definitely worth the money.

I use this gate as a room divider for an open space. It's very well made and sturdy, and looks great. The panels bend in any direction for various configurations and are easy to add, move or remove without any tools. The gate is low enough to step over, but my small dogs won't jump over it. The hinged gate opens in either direction. I have some gates from Improvements, but this one is much nicer.

Convertible Pet Gate is great
This is a real good quality pet product. Amazingly versatile. Looks real good too. I was notified on shipping progress & it received it faster than I thought I would. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Good barrier against dogs and 2-year-olds
Using it to protect the living room from dogs but it is effective in keeping my 2-year-old as well. I have two sides along walls and it has been quite sturdy.

Exactly the right gate
Our shih tzu does not think he can escape the small one, but he's been in it since he was a puppy. He could easily jump it! Hasn't tried yet though. VERY heavy, but that's actually why it works.
