Thought this was a good tool and wrote previous review as good but sadly the motor has given up after 4 months and fails or stops and starts so not much use Amazon bless them all, refunded the money so will be buying alternative only used it for Protien shakes so no hard work for it and the warranty company had no interest in helping saying you bought from Amazon it’s their problem for first twelve months so went to Amazon who had no problem refunding me I love Amazon your the best

I bought one for my daughter as I have one and for the price it seems to do everything pretty well. It has a turbo button to give it some extra speed. Some people said their motor burned out. Mine's fine so far and it comes with a 2 year warranty. So hopefully you should get 2 years out of it. The attachments seem a bit flimsy but it all works well.

Useful but of kit.

Bought for £28 which is pretty reasonable for a stick blender and mini chopper. Both work really well. only used a handful of times so far, and so far so good. The blender is metal - my last one was plastic which started to melt as I was using it in a hot saucepan of soup! The chopper is great too for chopping onions and garlic etc...

This product is not of great quality, after a couple of months of moderate use it looses power and starts to smell like its burning inside after just 5 seconds of using the blender. The worst part is they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, the telephone number on Amazon is wrong (I was connected to a lady who was already used to receiving these calls, and obviously annoyed) and when you search the web for their customer service number there is none. The only customer support they have available is an online form you can send or a 'Live Chat' which does not exists. A Company who has no customer service cannot be held accountable for faulty products and it does seem like that is their objective. HORRIBLE experience!

Good quality

It’s been a long time since I’ve written a review on Amazon, i had to this time. I honestly did not expect it to be this good considering the low price. As soon as it arrived i made a smoothie and i was shocked from its quality ,yesterday used it again to make Salsa. It works great and has solid built.( did not try the whisk yet) exactly what i wanted. Highly recommend it. Update : From 5*to 3* I attached pictures of the whisk after the very first use. I was lucky enough that missed my eyes and face. Very disappointed.
