Dirty product and missing part
Very unhappy with this product. The custom arrived dirty. The whole white part is clearly visible that the custom is dirty. In addition to that, the penguin's foot part is missing. It's really not nice to send a custom already used. The sad part is because my son has his performance tomorrow and at this point there is nothing that I can do. If I could give zero I would have done it with pleasure.
