There is definitely more of a learning curve to using menstrual cups than more traditional products--but it is so worth it! (Pro tip: There are some helpful how-to videos on YouTube, and they will streamline the learning process.) I highly recommend buying this Talisi 2-pack if you're just getting into cups. The two cups are good for alternating (and always having one clean and ready to go--or having one to live in your purse for "emergencies") and for figuring out what size works best. I personally found the larger of the two cups to be easier to use. For someone who lives a very active and busy style, this has totally changed the way I deal with my period. No more extra bathroom breaks to swap out more traditional products like pads and tampons--once the cup is in, it can stay in all day. I haven't had a single leak aside from one tiny one when I was figuring out how to properly insert the cups. I highly recommend using a back-up product like a pad or leak-proof panties for your first few periods. Being able to keep the cup in overnight means no more middle-of-the-night alarms to get up and change a tampon, or bulky, gross overnight pads (which can shift and lead to leaks anyway.) In addition to the other benefits, what I love the most about these is the sustainability and the fact that they're reusable. They're SO easy to clean (I just wash mine out in the sink in between uses and then disinfect at the end of my period) and so easy to store. Gone are the days of buying (and throwing away!) dozens of other products every month. I no longer stress in-between periods about whether or not I am fully stocked on products to get me through the next month. I no longer worry about packing enough feminine products when I travel. I have an entire shelf in my bathroom linen closet that is now free space because I no longer have it packed with tampon boxes. Helping the planet with less waste, and de-cluttering: what's not to love? If you're debating on whether or not to give menstrual cups a try, I can't recommend these enough. They're a great first cup set, and I plan on purchasing more!

I was extremely curious to try the menstrual cups, since a lot of my friends were talking about them. So I got them. First of all, I really liked that there are 2 cups in a pack. I am 33 yo, and I have a vaginally delivered child, so I was sure that I'll need a bigger cup, but actually the smaller one was more comfortable, and I'm glad that I had a choice. I had a few scary thoughts before inserting the cup - how do I make sure it doesn't leak? How do I take it out? How do I not spill the content? The answers appeared to be easy once I actually tried the cup. Insertion - a bit of practice with different folds and angle - and it's in. Just in case I also had a pad, but I didn't actually need it. Taking out - even easier, just break the vacuum, and pull. For me it didn't go too deep, so it was easy to take it out. Spilling - I didn't try the cup overnight yet, but whatever I tried (4 hours max) was ok in terms of the amount of blood, so there was no danger of spilling. The only thing that was uncomfortable for me was the stiff end that is supposed to facilitate taking the cup out. But the manufacturer stated in the instructions that that extension can be just trimmed if it causes any discomfort. It was scary (I was afraid that I don't be able to take the cup out without that tail), but I decided to give it a try. Now it's perfect! I believe that different women might have slightly different anatomy down there, for example, for me the cup just didn't go too deep, so the tail was uncomfortable. Maybe for the others it will be ok. But anyway, this inconvenience is fixable with scissors in 2 seconds, so not a big deal! Overall, I definitely recommend giving this cup a try! It's a game changer!

I have had the chance to use both of the cups (small + large) already and am a very satisfied customer. I have previously used the original Diva cup (my housekeep accidentally threw this away) and the soft cups. I loved the original, but it is quite pricey, and I was looking to replace it with something that cost a reasonable amount. I was not a big fan of the soft cups - the leak protection was ok, not great, but they are disposable, so not really saving the environment here. Enter Talisi. For a very reasonable price they offer two cups - for heavier and lighter days. I must say the quality of the product is very good - comparable to the original Diva cup. It is sturdy, easy to insert, and works as advertised. I did not have any leakage issues because of the product - I did hold it in way too long (12+ hours) on the first day of heavy flow, and thus experienced a minor incident*, which I cannot blame on Talisi. The smaller cup was more than adequate for lighter days. The little tip at the bottom of the cup is textured and makes it easy to grab with even short nails to pull out. It comes with a storage pouch - 1 pouch for both - which initially I thought was not going to be sufficient but, in retrospect, it makes sense to have one pouch, especially since one cup fits into the other for storage. One note: it says to not boil for cleaning. This is different from other cups. I will be figuring out how to adequately clean them very soon. Don't hesitate - get this cup. No leaks*, great price, 2 cups, quality material, easy use.

Cons first. It takes a minute to get used to using it right & so it doesn’t suction INWARD like collapsed so it can’t fill up, so make sure when you get the resistance(suction) feeling as you pull it towards your vaginal opening it’s not sucked in. Another gripe I have is if your wet(which most women are during there periods) or have a very heavy period like me even when it suctions can over time slowly get sucked up inside you so it can leak a bit still but there’s a reason I think it’s great. Pros: Tampons leak even more if you have a heavy period & because what comes out of us isn’t blue water liquid they are way worse so these surgical grade silicone cups are the best of the options we have. Reason #2 the price!! $15?? Diva cup which is the most known brand is $45!! #3 They give you TWO sizes!! 1 for women over 30/had children & under 30/no children(lighter periods/smaller cervixes). Each size for the other brands give you only 1 & the before mentioned brand would bring it to $90 if you started w/ the wrong size(like I did)& #3 All are made by pretty much the same medical grade silicon but this is the only brand I’ve seen that took the time to get FDA approved!!! So even though for us very heavy period/discharge girls it isn’t 100% leak free (if it sucks farther in you because your slippery)but this is by far the best thing available & should completely work once you get the hang of how to use them for most women. Plus you don’t feel a thing even though you bring it towards the opening of your vagina. By far the best period option & best price etc. Please follow directions & once you get the hang of it you’ll wonder what you did without it!! Plus it’s the best one that gives you 2 sizes for $15??? SO worth it

Oh WOW! Wish I had bought this years ago! This product is comfortable to use and works so well. Inserting it was a bit difficult the very first time I use it. I did not have it in straight and leaked a little bit around it. This was one time only. After that, I figured out how to insert it. I fold it in half and put it in with the curve at the bottom. I get the top just inside and then turn it loose to let it open up then push it in all the way. I bear down a bit and feel around the edge of the cup to insure placement. This way, the cup surrounds the cervix so there are no leaks. I am a mother of 4 and gave birth to 2 of my babies naturally. Because of this, it is recommended that I use the larger size. However, I am 5' tall and small boned. My cervix is a bit lower than it was before I had children. So, I have been using the small cup and it works just fine. The only issue I have is the tab to remove it. It has grips to make it not slippery which is great. It is also soft, which is needed so it doesn't irritate. However, it feels very thin, like if I pull hard it will break off. I pull on it only enough to pull the cup down low enough that I can grab it for removal. When it is inside, I cannot feel it AT ALL; it stays where it is supposed to. I am thrilled with this cup.

I have birthed a human child but I also have a low cervix, so I have tried the smaller size and not the larger size. My period is heavy so it didn’t last the 12 hours but I do understand and most cups don’t last the tornado that is my period. But I did notice a pressure that would not go away, and I think it was due to the thickness of the rim. On the other hand the cup part is very thin and hard to work with when you are adjusting it. Every-time i tried to get the cup in the right position or to make sure it was open properly I would be playing cat and mouse because the actual cup part would just bend and move away. And you tend to get weird looks if you leave the bathroom after spending 10 minutes muttering “here fishy fishy” to your menstrual cup in a desperate attempt to grab it so you can put it where it needs to go I think the cup works fine for what it is designed to do, but some adjustments could make it fantastic. I didn’t take any points off for the bigger size not fitting because I knew that it wouldn’t and I am not an A hole that judges size. She can’t help that’s she had wide shoulders! But this isn’t the most comfortable thing I’ve had in my cookie jar so I kept a star for that, and she’s (the cup) making my mom worry for me when I use the bathroom so I have to dock another for that. Hope this helps and jokes aside this is my honest review.

So this was my very first try using a cup. I was really excited to try this I've been hearing stories about it all over! Also trying to be healthier for my body and also more eco friendly. I have not had vaginal birth so I tried the smaller one out first. I had to use a water based aloe lube and did the punch down fold as no other fold would fit. It was a bit difficult at first to figure out if I had the cup situated correctly in my vagina. It definitely took 1-2 tries. Be patient. Its important to be comfortable with your body. Once I got it securely suctioned in I made sure it wasn't to high or to low from my cervix. I felt the tip of the stem. * Heads up* ladies dont be afraid if you don't feel the stem when you stand up and walk around. It's impossible for the cup to get lost in there. That definitely freaked me out when I didnt feel the cup inside me anymore and the stem went up further, but it's completely fine! I promise! I had a liner on had the cup in for 5 hours and no leaks on my 1st try I am so pleased. I will have to try next period in the beginning those are my heavier days to see if it hold up. When I took it out it was barely to the middle of the cup. Over all very comfortable, no fragrance, great price for two cups, I'm excited to try it more and for longer time!! I am so happy with this purchase I literally told my family my friends to make a switch to a cup!

The design of this product means there is a ridge in the middle of the outer lip of the cup. This irritates my skin as I am inserting/removing the cup. Otherwise the cup is functional and a easy to use. Wouldn’t recommend for more than one day at a time because of the irritation to sensitive/internal skin.

I love the idea of these but I just can’t get them to expand once inserted so I can’t use them
