Great Hotplate Stirrer
This hotplate is great for heating and stirring reagents. The external probe is incredibly useful. Great customer service as well.

Vendor supplied new hot plate. Hot plate was received and appears to be in working order.
Subsequent to the previous reported problem with the original purchase the vendor sorted out the problem and has followed through with a new hot plate to replace the problem. We are very happy with the stirrer and sturdy stand and the paddles purchased recently. We plan to purchase more items from this vendor in the future due to their professionalism in dealing with the problem.

Just avoid Onilab hot plates.
Absolutely horrible hot plate. Iโve had two bad experiences with this company.

Questionable durability
I had some issues at first, but the company and customer service were very helpful. No problems! The unit is extremely sturdy and well built.

good heating, unit displays hotter than it is while cooling
The unit has plenty of heating power. But when you cool the unit down the temperature reading is way higher than the actual temperature. As if heat likes to stay where the temperature sensors are.

Quality product
This hot plate works very well, maintains a constant temperature in various substances when using the temperature probe. Magnetic stirring function operates smoothly and has a nice speed range.
