I pretty much never leave reviews, but this stuff is amazing! We filled our new to us pool, then discovered we had a hole towards the bottom. We tried patching it from the outside with permanent vinyl but failed to stop the leak. I ordered this tape, hoping it would work. We cut a square and rounded off the corners. We pushed in from the outside to find the hole, peeled off the backing, stuck my hand into the water and slapped on the tape on to the hole in a pool full of water. Several weeks later and the tape is holding. Worth every penny.

Heavy duty stuff that's an absolute pain to remove. The adhesive used is serious business and not designed to be removed, but I had to remove about 7' of a botched tape job so here's what I did. Used some high-leverage pliers to carefully remove the outer tape covering, but this left a terrible residue that I then used a combination of a heat gun, goo gone, a plastic scraper, an extendable razor blade, an eraser wheel drill attachment that I had to keep cleaning off on the sidewalk, a rag and good old elbow grease. Even with all these it took several hours to just remove the residue from a small segment. The residue removal process did not strip the paint off my aluminum gutters. Be absolutely sure about placement the first time or you will regret it.

These are super sturdy be careful what you stick it to they are super super sticky and hold really well but i will say if its a decent sized product you will need a bigger roll i was using it to put solar screens on my windows for my camper and ran out after one window so i will say its not a lot of product for the price but the quality of it makes up for it

Pleasantly surprised that this stuff works underwater. I bought this thinking I’d use it repairing a bath tub, but I didn’t need it. Fast forward to my easy set swimming pool springing a leak. I applied this to the hole on a seam underwater. My wife stood on me while I was in the pool to keep me at the bottom so I could use a diving toys smooth edge to rub the patch in place. I don’t know if this is a permanent fix or not, but it’s holding for now. Super pleased I didn’t have to drain the pool. You just peel off the backing, apply to the hole and rub it in place.

I had a few gutter corners that were leaking. More than 10' was needed so I bought a roll of both this brand and the TitanPatch brand so they could be compared. They looked identical. Gutter corners aren't exactly good right angles so the tape needs to be applied in a few layers like flashing. The Gorrilla tape was much sticker, the Titanpatch didn't even stick to itself well.

Works well with dealing but you need to allow 8-12 hours before fully setting in order for it to work…instructions on tape weren’t really clear with timing. Was a big reel of tape a steal value for my money…. It really helps once you cover hole entirely with an inch at the ends…. I used it to patch an airbed but it only works after leaving for 8-12hours with something heavy sitting on the area patched

I think the gorilla products are superior. But in the heat of Florida in the summer, I put it on my van to secure the window because I couldn't get it in the track. With the heat if the window was falling down and the tape was melting.

I think Gorilla glue is the best, and this tape I don't think will disappoint as it is so sticky. You peel the back part off to stick it on and it is thick and looks nice!
