Product is worth for the price and long lasting
Using it for four years now. Awesome product, working fine without any issues. If maintained properly, it's worth the price. Outer surface gets heated which is not good. Can provide some replaceable lid to cover the pouring side so that hot water can remain hot without evaporation.

3 MONTH REVIEW -- Good experience, random issues
The kettle looks great, works pretty well. Just recently, it has started with some issues where the water doesn't warm up. We have to switch off and turn it on again for it to work properly. Havell's service is looking into it, but this is a recent issue, that happens randomly

Its a good Kettle better than most
Great product, I have used multiple kettles but this one is better than most. The LED light its visible but in high light condition its not visible but it's okay I like it, auto cut off feature, the lid functionality I fell in love with that man it's cool. The material is steel and good quality steel, its portable, good fit for most kitchen.

Good quality works well. Only thing is the wire is short. Could have provided a longer cable to connect the socket.

Steam leakages through the lid.
Scalding happened due to leakage and passing of hot steam through the lid near the top part of the handle. This is certainly a manufacturing defect. Be careful while handling. Otherwise it's a good product.
