Perfect for my build
Great looks, solid build quality, and fits perfectly. Pump performs as it should and is pretty much silent. Couldn't ask for more.

Dead Pump After Two Weeks
I very much regret ever buying anything from EKWB! This thing died after two weeks of use and I set the pump curve to try to maximize life. I also had problems with the CPU block and delid tool. Ruined a brand new 13700k. Their support is slow and useless. I will never buy from this manufacturer again and highly recommend you avoid them!

Great combo to fill case
Recently used this for a custom loop. Didnt want a distro block that required a bunch of runs across the case. This really helped to fill the case and keep runs clean. Pic from before i finished the loop.

Great looking reservoir, Pump DOA on 2 separate units.
Pump was DOA on 2 units i’ve purchased. very disappointed as i’ve designed my new pc around this product. Only reason i’m not giving it 1 star instead of 2 is that i love the look of it and the build quality of the reservoir is great. The DDC pump is just garbage with poor QC. Returning for the second time. this time for the version without the pump included and going with a standalone D5.

Pump died in 2 months of use.
EDIT: Received a replacement pump from TITANRIG. The email responses were prompt and simple to the point, so their customer service is good.Pump died in 2 months of use. Stopped pushing water on startup.2 weeks ago, it randomly decides to pump water between 4 to 20 minutes of being on (with my temperatures going up to 80 to 90 degrees Celsius on the CPU and GPU) before the pump decides to work.As of now, it just doesn't pump water anymore.

Don't bother! You have been warned.
Beautiful acrylic cnc cut block. But thats it. Is that worth 265 bucks ? The Alan key supplies is made of such cheap plastic at best it strips in 2 uses at worst it just breaks off.For $264 EK can do better and provide a goddammn steel key. Also people spending close to 300 bucks on a reservoir probably have a case showcasing their build. EK provides tomato mustard cables out the back of this thing no sleeving. Again pathetically cheap and greedy. EK should be ashamed of itself. No effort put into the pump. Its d5 which is good. But there is no vibration dampening. I use it in the pc o11 case which is probably the case best suited for this block but the pump transfers all vibrations to the case and on to the desk. Not to mention has a periodic howl thats hard to ignore as white noise. No user manual so you are on your own to figure out which is inlet which is outlet. Other than the fill port nothing is obvious.Did I mention that pwm control for this is awful ?What a waste.

Doa
Doa!! I should have read up on this...lesson learned. I have many years experience and this is the worse product I have gotten from EK. I think there QA isn't up to par even if they quality check these prior to being shipped.
