Tropic Tomato - 20 Seeds - Heat Tolerant

These plants are putting on fruit and are only a month or so old. The plants are sturdy and beautiful and already have lots of flowers.One Love

I will say I have these started, but it is one of my very few disappointments w/ hurts. Hurts is one of my go to seed sources as they are generally very reliable & their seeds & plants generally healthy. However, I didn't get 20 seeds as promised. It's tough growing tomatoes here in zone 10 so these were important to me. I will overlook this oversight but I am sad.

I was expecting tomato plants that would produce fruit in "tropical" temps. Regular tomatos do not produce at temps above 90F. Neither do these. I gave 2 stars because they did grow into nice plants.I live in northern Louisiana near Monroe. Summers here are brutal. These "tropicals" fared no better than any you can get at Wal-Mart or The Dollar Tree.

Didn't germinate. Used heat mat, kept moist -- nothing.

It did not grow.
