What screws or bolts would these need to mount on a masonry wall and how much weight can they take?

Just get masonry inserts from your local hardware store. Drill a hole, insert the inserts and put the screw in. Not sure about the second part to your question. If they are the hooks, Iv had 200lb tension bands in and they have held. If they is the screws in the wall, well I guess it depends how well you install them

Wouldn't metal hooks easily break the bands?

Not really but you can buy 6 inches of PVC at the hardware store to slid over the metal hooks.
